All the units in this resort are 436 s.f. in area but have full kitchens and whirlpool tubs and sleep 4.
Cost is $690 including all taxes and resort fees. Note that the rental is 6 nights, not 7. I can try for a 7th night, but at present, the resort is totally sold out in October until the 27th.
I am not sure about parking fees: they are $12 per night for non-owners, but you would be guest of an owner and owners park free. If you are interested in the unit, I will phone to clarify. the issue.

According to Google, the best time to see colours in Colorado is mid Sept. to late Oct. Unfortunately for the reservation, the colours are early this year. But Durango is still a great place to visit even if the peak colours are gone.
