Looks nicer than the HGVC Breck property (although Breck, the town, is awesome & absolutely loved it!

PS: What's with the 1 BR+ being a part of the 4 BR & all these darn doors, going to other units & laundry shared with them? Have never seen this weird setup in HGVC... (So, you have 1 general entry into the 4 BR area & then a second entry to your own suite)?

Thank you for the video. This is our favorite resort in HGVC. Upcoming ski season is going to be even better with the Sunrise Gondola opening at the doorstep of Sunrise Lodge! Looking forward to our ski trip in March

re PC/Sunrise:
Love the 4 balconies! Is that std for 1 Bedroom Plus (or varies b/w difft units)?
We did not have any, at our 1 BR at HGVC Breck (their studios DO have a balcony, which is weird).
The bathroom, bedroom & living area are a substantial upgrade at PC from regular 1 BR at Breck/Valdoro (not sure what their 1 BR+ units are like at Breck)
They do have gas stoves & jetted tubs at Breck also.

Re Your SLC airport YT video:
Love the new tunnel b/w Terminals A (delta) & B (everyone else)! It wasn't open on our last trip last year.
There IS/was another SBUX on the old path from Term A to Term B (thru older tunnel at SLC); not sure if that is still open with new tunnel...
There will be a new Amex centurion Lounge coming to terminal B at SLC (anticipated 2025= who knows when).
The atrium with the piano & beautiful seating area in Terminal A (soon after SBUX, before you went down the escalator to the new tunnel to Term B), is very nice (& served same fn as a lounge, for all of us (before lounge available)...
That SBUX can be busy; best to order via SBUX app to pickup, which works efficiently (like at other places); small tip, to save time, esp when it is super busy.

Again, Kudos for your videos! Look forward to watching many, many more!

We appreciate your comment regarding the shared washer and dryer if one doesn’t occupy the entire unit. We experienced that with Hyatt in Puerto Rico, with only one family in the studio while we occupied the 1BR, and they were constantly using it. It made it very challenging to get access to it.

I’m not 100% certain that all the 1 bedroom plus units share the foyer with three studio units, but I suspect they do. We really didn’t like the communal laundry, but when we were there it was mid season, so it really wasn’t a big issue.

This was the first time staying at this resort, so I’m not certain about the balcony situation. The plus units at Valdoro in Breck have a hot tub and grill in the patio/balcony. Otherwise I don’t think there much different than the standard units.

The 1 BR Plus at HGV Breck?
I believe the 2 BR Plus at Breck/Valdoro have the grill & hot tub on patio, not the 1 BR plus units...
The 1 BR Plus does have a balcony which the 1 BR at Breck don't (plus larger unit).
Next time, may splurge on 2 BR plus or at least the 1 BR plus at Breck..
Loved our time at Breck but certainly missed a balcony in room, so would love to have 4 at Park City/Sunrise, if we have them...

At Park City, Looks like, some of the 1 BR Plus units (1BP & 1B4 codes) HAVE balcony but 1B2 & 1B3 say 'select units have balcony', even though all are 1 BR Plus units..

Also, thankfully the renos for the units will be done soon (hopefully, if they stick to the 7/2 schedule) but ski lift construction may continue for a bit..)

Great videos. That is a massive 1BR. What 1BR Plus code did you book? It looks like the 1BR Premier are just units on higher floors. Hope to get back to Park City some day. We went the week before Christmas about 10 years ago, which was before we owned HGVC. Loved the area.
 
The one we were assigned was past due.
 
*Brand new furnishings, appliances, carpets, upholstery.
Absolutely love it!
Much nicer unit than my 1 BR at Breck last month
2 bathrooms in std 1 BR Plus unit
lovely, spacious living room with fireplace
Nice balcony
Love my wellness retreat(s) at HGVC!
