Hello, can my spouse upgrade my Vidanta contract while in Mexico while I was not along and thus without my signature? I know we have the right of recission within 5 days. I'm just wondering if it is even legal without my signature, or both signatures, particularly since I was the original purchaser. (Spouse was added to the contract.)

Thank you!!

Are you upgrading or are you simply doing the 25 year renewal ?
