I have been left waiting on hold too long every time I call. I am also annoyed at the last rep I talked to because they wouldn't honor an advertised rental special that was (and still is) listed on their website. She said that it didn't exist. I also emailed twice & faxed but didn't get a response.
Anyway... just trying to remember what the nightly bonus time rate is - I know it varies by unit size. I thought I remembered all of the details somewhere on their website but now can't find it.
