VI bonus time

I can't find bonus time info on the VI website anymore. How can I find out info about this?

Best way is to call

They are open at 9 am westcoast time today. The general rule is anything left at 15 days prior to check in is available at reduced rates. Since VI has grown since the separation from Sunterra, bonus time is not overly abundant, but it never hurts to check.

Haven't been able to get through

I have been left waiting on hold too long every time I call. I am also annoyed at the last rep I talked to because they wouldn't honor an advertised rental special that was (and still is) listed on their website. She said that it didn't exist. I also emailed twice & faxed but didn't get a response.

Anyway... just trying to remember what the nightly bonus time rate is - I know it varies by unit size. I thought I remembered all of the details somewhere on their website but now can't find it.

Thank you so much, that is exactly what I was looking for! I did book bonus time at Birch Bay, but unfortunately the tax was $20/night for the 3 bedroom.
