We were planning a trip to Vegas in March 2020. Well the city was shutdown a few weeks before our departure. We had purchased some show tickets in advance. Normally these tickets are non-refundable but because the city closed down I was issued a refund for all the shows, I thought.
All show tickets were refunded except the one show I purchased through Vegas.com.
I didn’t realize they never refunded me until they sent me a email me a couple weeks ago. I learned they had issued me a credit instead which I never knew about.
Anyway, I kinda thought it was a scam, but I contacted customer service and they sent me a check for the full refund. Albeit over 2 years later, but I was glad to get my money back.
Just thought I would share.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I had bought tickets from vegas.com in the past but recently I price checked a show, and vegas.com prices were more expensive than buying directly from the casino site. Based on my memory, vegas.com used to be slightly cheaper. Maybe they are trying to catch tourists who don't know to check for prices charged by the casinos.

Yea, if I ever make it to Vegas, I will wait and buy tickets after I arrive.
