Does anyone have any experience with Vacation Village Voyages (Always Travel with Us, Inc.)? Are they scammers or trustworthy?

Most likely the excess TS's at the various resorts managed by Daily Management Resorts. Not sure why you want to get into a travel club. Many of those resorts are easy to get into even if you don't have a club or TS.

Sorry newbie here. Don't know if I'm supposed to start a new thread because this is so old but has anyone dealt with Vacation Villages Voyages lately to get out of it like just not paying the annual fee?

It looks like the company's name about which you are inquiring is very similar to the one in the title of this thread but missing an R in "Voyages". Perhaps this is deliberate? Some scam companies take on names very similar to legitimate companies' names to deceive potential victims.

That being said, your question (in my eyes, anyway) is unclear? You say "to get out of it." What is "it"? Do you currently own a TS and are trying to get rid of "it"? Are you currently a member of a travel club?

Whatever the case, it is generally not recommended here on TUG to use any company, charity, or law firm that claims it can help you cancel or get out of a TS or travel membership, especially if it charges an upfront fee. There are other practical and cheaper ways to do so.

Yes currently a member of Vacation Village Voyages which is as said above a travel club with no MF just a annual fee. I'm looking to get out of it but am not using any other company to help, just want to stop paying the annual fee and see what happens and wondered if anyone else had done that.

Well, since this is just a membership and not deeded property, you can stop paying annual fees and let your membership lapse. The worst that the company can do is send you collection calls and letters. Chances are slim that they will report you to a credit agency that might affect your credit rating or score.

There's a sticky thread in these forums documenting what has happened to people who stop paying membership fees or annual dues. For the most part, the damage has been minimal or non-existent.

Ok thanks for the info. Looks like I'm going to try it.
