Suite B only features a partial kitchen. Suite A and B both have a sofa bed but Suite A has a king-size bed while B has a queen. There is also a Jacuzzi tub in suite A along with an over-sized walk-in shower and washer and dryer.

Vacation Village at Parkway features 7 pools with hot tubs, 2 kiddie pools, exercise facility, outdoor BBQ grills, and 2 nature trails. The resort is just minutes from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, SeaWorld and Universal Studios and offer a shuttle service to these local theme parks.

The maintenance fees for this unit is 685 and you can use the unit every year or exchange it through RCI if you so wish. Mortgage is paid in full and maintenance fees are up to date. Looking to give away the property as we don't travel as much as we use to will to pay closing cost and it is available for use in 2018.

Vacation Village At Parkway is outstanding.

We owned a triennial 2BR points unit there until a couple of years ago when we downsized to a triennial 1BR points unit at Grandview At Las Vegas (which can be thought of as Vacation Village At Parkway West).

Vacation Village At Parkway has been a favorite of ours for a long time. It's where we caught the timeshare bug in 2002.

For our January 2018 Florida vacation in Orlando, we snagged an RCI reservation for a Vacation Village At Parkway "B" unit. Is this a great country or what ?
