Vacation Village at Parkway features 7 pools with hot tubs, 2 kiddie pools, exercise facility, outdoor BBQ grills, and 2 nature trails. The resort is just minutes from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, SeaWorld and Universal Studios and offer a shuttle service to these local theme parks.

The maintenance fees for this unit is 685 and you can use the unit every year or exchange it through RCI if you so wish. Mortgage is paid in full and maintenance fees are up to date. Looking to sell because mom is looking to retire and I do not have the money at this time to keep paying the maintenance fees myself. Looking for the best offer someone can give us.
