Vacation point exchange website registration

I have been trying to register on vacation point exchange but I never get a registration email sent to activate my account. Anyone else had a a similar problem? Anyone know how to reach an admin for that site? Thanks!
 
if you go to members at the top GregT is the admin for vacation point exchange.
