Vacatia legit?

Has anyone used vacatia to purchase a timeshare ?
 
I have not purchased a timeshare from Vacatia.
They are the management company for our resort, The Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort
I have never heard of them before they took over managing our resort January 1st 2024.
 
Vacatia is a legitimate company yes, though no matter where you see a timeshare for sale or for rent one should do their due diligence before signing anything or money changing hands!
