UVC @Villa Del Palmar-Cabo unit location?

Have confirmation to this resort for Studio/3. Just need to know how to get the best location at the resort for this size unit. What building, view to ask about? Had friends staying at this resort a few years ago in the same unit and it was street side and close to stairway not a good location. I am not an owner at this resort.
Should I attend the timeshare presentation? How much pressure and what are the best gifts?

A friend of mine went there a couple of months ago and they bumped him up to Del Arco if he went to the presentation, you could make that part of the deal since the economy is tough.
 
How sweet would that be? I have toured Del Arcos and it is very nice. Thanks for the reply how have you been?

I would ask for and even numbered unit in Building 2. Even numbers in that building all face the water. IMHO,I would rather have a studio in Villa del Palmar than in Villa del Arco. As beautiful as the units in VDE are, the studios are nothing more than a hotel room with 2 beds (albeit a large room nicely furnished) with a wannabe mini kitchen. The studios in VDP have a the same size kitchen as the larger units. The only way I would prefer a studio in VDE would be if I had more than 2 persons staying in the unit as the sofa beds in VDP are not great.

Great Julie thanks, I forgot to mention that they were upgraded to a 1 bedroom unit.
