It was my understanding that US Airlines would no longer be providing a movie on their Domestic Flights. Is that also the case for flights to Aruba, Cancun or St. Thomas? The in-flight services, of their website, indicates a schedule of movies to be shown on their flights. I'm confused!

I recently flew US Scare to St Maarten and there was a movie on the ancient 757 but when we commented to the FA that the CRT monitor was falling apart, she said tat they were all to be removed for weight savings?

There was one in business class to and from Aruba on AA. Don't ask which ones as I was reading :D
I think the OP was talking about USAir in particular, although it could have been read the way you did that's way to broad a question to be of merit.

I also assumed that the OP was asking about USAirways flights because it is a well known fact that they did away with movies on their domestic flights. Assuming that to be true, I can't comment on flights to Aruba but we did fly USAirways to Grand Cayman last month and there was no movie, although the video screens were still in place.
