I'm glad she got hard time, but they should of made her pay the money back too, she can work for real to pay it back when she gets out of prison.

I can't believe the judge didn't order restitution. Crime victims have a right to restitution under federal law; the fact that the scope of the scheme was so large and victims may not collect is a secondary issue. I hope the prosecutor here notified victims of their right to seek restitution and the lack of an award is due to the fact that no victim asked for restitution (though that seems unlikely) as opposed to a case where the victims' rights have been ignored/violated.

Hopefully victims come forward and sue, otherwise she will be living the good life when she gets out. Wonder where she stashed the money?

The theft is reported at Gross - She had expenses Boiler Room Costs, Buying Lists Splitting the take with the gand . . .
