We stayed at Edgewater Beach Resort and The Soundings Seaside Resort in Dennisport and both had nice ocean views but not all units do. We also stayed at InnSeason Resorts at HarborWalk and there was a limited view of the harbor. Brewster Green is another place we stayed but it had no views and was away from the places we wanted to go. The unit was big though.

Lots of cape resorts to choose from, but not all have an ocean view. Edgewater Beach has quite a few though the dunes do get in the way. Studio units there are very small and across the street with little on no view of the water.

I don't see it in the TUG Reviews. Any personal experiences with this resort?

(I see that Kwelty has stayed there, and posted above.) I wonder what the odds are of getting a view if we go in the off-season? Do 2 bedrooms have better views than smaller units?

I use to own there Right on Smugglers Beach in South Yarmouth - great location and (almost) all units have an ocean view -
indoor pool which is a plus in Cape Cod even in July many nice restaurants Great mid Cape location

There are two Bluegreen resorts, this is one. They are both together
One is ocean view and one is ocean front - look for reviews

There are two different resort names - so one is oceanfront and one would be ocean view. All depends on what unit you book hence the need to look at reviews.

I don’t see breakers on your map

lets put it this way - either resort is fine and have direct access to the beach.
what month are you looking at? Cape Cod water is COLD most of the year

We aren't going to swim - we go to Hawaii for that. We went to Cape Cod in Sept. 2 years ago and really enjoyed it.

Now I'm really confused. Are any of them all Oceanview/Oceanfront?

We stayed at The Soundings Seaside Resort #C788 and it had an ocean view. There were units behind us towards the road that were not oceanview but these may have another code. We were pleased with the unit but like many of the Cape Cod resort, there was only a partial kitchen
Neighboring Edgewater Beach Resort is a seperate resort that I believe is not a Blue Green like the Soundings is. I seemed to recall that the one bedrooms there had an ocean view but not the two bedrooms. Our one bedroom was very nice with an oceanview but again a limited kitchen and it was more like a studio.

I arrived sick went straight to urgent care. Bronchitis. It was not really a one bedroom. My poor husband could not get far enough away to not hear my incessant cough. That was my gripe.
