Every Year:

2 bedroom Season 1-50 Price 55,900 StarOptions=148,100 StarPoints=86400

Every Other Year:

2 bedroom 1-50 Price $36900 (Starwood owners = 27,950) StarOptions=148,100 StarPoints = 86400

They are really playing up that Princeville has the highest Starpoint conversion. Since, we own at Maui they said that we could get EOY for $27,950 price. I wasn't sure if that meant any Starwood owner. She did not clarify for us. We had a very inexperience sales person.

Hope this helps... and no we didn't buy (although, dh would have if I didn't say NO)... UGH...

Incentives?

Did they offer any incentives, extra starpoints? Did they offer an explorer package and how many starpoints/cost for this?

When we sat threw it last week, they offered 90K points for EOY (over the supposed regular incentive of 60K). Didn't get any other incentive numbers as they could tell we weren't interested. Our salesperson didn't know much and after I called her on a couple of things, she started ingnoring me entirely and directed all of her questions to Mrs. formerhater.

I don't believe they usually offer an explorer package to existing owners (though I know some have negotiated for one when requalifying). We weren't offered one, which was fine since we couldn't wait to leave...

Yep... we got the same offer as the above poster. We also got the option to buy points in 2009 and 2010 for $1800 each year if you didn't want to come...

We didn't buy.

But after being here a few days it is nice not to have to deal with the chair hogs. It isn't windy at all. And, we found the perfect snorkel beach near the Princeville hotel. It is amazingly beautiful...
