We are MVC owners using an Interval trade to MVC Summit Watch in Park City the last week of July. Typically, we receive a pre arrival email with information and requests for villa placement. I haven't received anything yet. I like having that e-mail to make requests and also to get some ideas for things to do while we are there. Anybody else have this happen? If I call the resort, can they generate from front desk?

We did the same recently. Exchanged into Summit Watch thru II. We did receive a pre-arrival e-mail, but it was very late, maybe a week before our arrival. Here really wasn’t much to it other than which view you prefer, courtyard (interior view, quieter), Main Street view or Deer Valley view. We went with the interior view. Next time I think we’ll request a view toward Main St. FWIW I always make sure the reservation is attached to our BonVoy account. Especially when exchanging in thru II.

I don’t recall if the email included restaurant or activity suggestions. I usually ignore that part anyway since we usually have our own agenda.

I keep trying to add the reservation to our Bonvoy account and haven’t had success.

We were just there a couple of weeks ago. I recommend calling the resort to confirm the reservation and let them know your preferences. Also make sure they know you are owners and your level. If you prefer a more quiet location ask for a “plaza view.”

They have quite a few activities, including hikes and onsite activities. We did own thing as far as walks around town, art galleries, and a drive out to Mirror Lake.

Make sure you’re using the Marriott reservation # and not the II confirmation #. That’s usually my mistake

I couldn’t remember the word “plaza” 😜
