In addition to other properties, I own 2 contracts at Vistana Villages - Bella. One contract is 67,100 2BR and the other is 81,000 2BR L/O (44,000 1BR Premium and 37000 1BR) with both home season HIGH and VSN Season Gold Plus. Both were purchased resale, and converted to developer with another purchase. I am seeing some unusual numbers on my Vistana StarOptions dashboard. These properties show their expected points values for 2019 and 2020, however for 2021 I am seeing the 81,000 contract now broken out into 51,700 and 44,000 to equal 96,700. This is an increase for that year of 14,700 StarOptions. This is unexpected. Any have any ideas about what may be going on?

I think Dioxide report some abnormality on his dashboard for his SVV in 2021 as well. Based on my memory of that thread, it is supposed to be erroneous rather than a bump.

95700 is what our 2BR L/O at SVR is worth, with our non-L/O 2BR worth 81000. Perhaps SVV is being aligned with that structure?

SVV Prime season has 95.7K and 81K for 2BR LO and 2BR respectively. OP bought high season which should be 81K and 67.1K.

SVR for Cascades and Lakes are a little different in that both High and Prime seasons net the same SOs because they all float 1 to 52 Week.

VSN fees for the second unit are about $50; third unit and thereafter are "free".

do you know if the third one is free even if it is a voluntary resort (say 1 mandatory+2 voluntary OR 2 voluntary + 1 mandatory). I am planing to buy 3 VSN resorts in the end, i just want to be able to figure out the best combination and fees.

You only pay the VSN fee on mandatory resorts. As an example, if you own 3 mandatory weeks, then the third is free. If you own 3 voluntary weeks, then you pay no fee at all.
