unacceptable performance?

Is anyone else unable to view reservations or check availability starting around 11:25 every night?
 
Yes, it has been doing it for about a week now. Usually starts about 11:30 and clears up at about 11:35. During that time it just searches and searches and does not allow canceling a reservation or making a reservation. The other thing I have noticed at various times during the day is that the recaptcha thing doesn't work and states that it can't find the recaptcha website (a little grey window opens with a message like that). I usually have to log out and back in to overcome that.

I had a confirmation disappear about the same time a little less than a week ago, was fine in the morning. Maybe they are locking out the db for "upgrades" every night.
 
Actually it happens twice

I've noticed that the first one starts at 10:01p EST and then again at 1130p EST
