Ugh...how does an AC work?

I saw this on Interval "Exchange or Getaway into Scottsdale Links Resort or Scottsdale Villa Mirage in Scottsdale, Arizona and receive a Bonus Resort Accommodations Certificate. Enjoy an extra vacation - a week of resort accommodations in a spacious 2-bedroom unit using Interval's Flexchange® service."

Here's my question....
So...if I book a getaway at one of the 2 resorts let's say a studio or 1bdrm...
Will I get a 2bdrm a/c?
Does the A/C work like a deposited week where I have to pay the exchange fee of $139?
What type of resorts will I be able to trade into? Are they similar to the other getaways?

Thinking of sending the kids to grandma's and enjoying a retreat with the hubby :)

AC or $200 off getaway offer??

An AC will have redemption fees based on thw size unit confirmed, usually ranging from $199-$299. From the information listed the AC would only be able to be used during Flexchange which is within 59 days of check in.

Typically ACs have geographical restrictions so you should ask II before you take the offer based on getting an AC.
 
For a moment there, I thought the poster was asking about AC's as in "air conditioners," and was going to suggest that they check out www.howstuffworks.com
