Awesome advice here received today. I've written up my rescission letter, but now at the address part.

I purchased this in Parc Soleil Orlando, but am deeded to Hilton Head Ocean Oak. Looking at my contract papers,
I found 2 addresses listed to send my letter to.

1st one is in bold on my sheet and reads:

HHI Development, LLC
c/o Hilton Resorts Corporation
Attn: Jari Alvarez
6355 MetroWest Boulevard, Suite 180
Orlando, VL 32835

The other address in part 6 of the contract says send to:

Ocean Club Vacations, LLC
c/o Grand Vacations Services LLC
Attn: Jari Alvarez
6355 Metrowest Boulevard, Suite 180
Orlando, FL 32835

Does anyone have any insight as to which one I should address it to? It's going to "jari" at both, but stinks that the first lines read differently.....and I don't want to call them LOL! I think looking at other papers, the HHI Development is for the South Carolina Property.....it's just so confusing and I want to make sure I send it to the correct place. Thanks!

Looks like to the same person and address. I would send to both...that way they have no out.

Yup, it looks like they both go to the same person, but as noted, send to both. You could send to one with tracking and the other as just plain first class stamp to save on cost.

Thanks all! Sucked up the $9 and sent to both. Now I'll be hunting around for some resales :)
Plenty of resale experience in this group so ask questions

9 bucks sure worth peace of mind!

grats on rescinding and saving thousands!

Take your time. There isn't a need to rush into this because resales will always be around.

if you dont mind sharing how much you saved by rescinding?
