hi. Can someone educate me? what are udi points? Is this just a legal term for general wyndham points? if they advertise 150k udi points at bonnet creek, are they points I can use to book at any wyndham resort?

udi means undivided interest

as opposed to a divided interest.

The old weeks model was divided..one condo divided into 52 weeks.

Bonnet creek is undivided. you own a percentage interest in a block of condos. not divided into weeks

Bonnet Creek would be your home resort. You will have ARP at Bonnet Creek[make reservations 13 to 10 months in advance]. At 10 months points are points. You then use your points for reservations at any Club Wyndham Plus Resort including Bonnet Creek

Your MFs are based off your home resort. Bonnet Creek in this case
