Two Resorts added to Sheraton Flex

Received an email from Vistana today stating Sheraton Mountain Vista and Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas at Mountain Vista have been added to the Sheraton Flex program. This now means Sheraton Flex has eight home resorts.

• Sheraton Mountain Vista
• Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas at Mountain Vista
• Sheraton Vistana Resort
• Sheraton Vistana Villages
• Sheraton Broadway Plantation
• Sheraton Desert Oasis
• Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas
• Vistana Beach Club

The email states the two additions will become eligible for Home Resort reservations in the 2019 use year.

Not that I'm aware. Also, this disclaimer is at the bottom of the email:

* The Sheraton Flex vacation plan does not include the purchase of a single Home Resort or specific Season; therefore, the availability of highly demanded Seasons for reservations may be limited. Early booking is strongly suggested.

Yes, there is.

It is a very tedious process, go to the Orange County Comptroller website and do a search for "Notice" documents where the Grantor is "Flex Collection LLC". You then have to look through each document and look at the legal descriptions of each one to see what it is they are conveying.

Dioxide is correct that it is a mind-numbing exercise.

But it served us well for Marriott (good work Dioxide) — the Recorded Trust Documents thread over in Marriott tracked the growth of the Marriott Trust and helped us to figure out where the inventory was. Alas, I don’t have the energy to do the same for Sheraton or Westin, but for those younger and more eager, it may be worth doing.

you are right, it is very time consuming. I looked at the beginning and towards the end, interesting at the beginning they were adding tens of weeks on a notice, towards the end 1, 2 or 3. I wonder what that means in terms of the pace they manage to acquire deeds. This one is recent, March 2018

do you know the details (the name of the trust) for Westin Aventuras as well? thanks

Actually, the information I provided was to find Westin Flex. For Sheraton Flex you would want to search for Grantor of "Sheraton Flex Vacation LLC". I know of no way to search Westin Aventuras since this would not be a US based trust.
