Has anyone made a Turducken for the holidays. Sounds good, but not sure.

We go to a picnic every yr and they serve turducken along with deep fried turkey and roast pig it is very good . They get theirs from New Orleans from freinds that send or bring one up, you should try it i don't think you will be unhappy.

My friend made one for Christmas 2 years ago. I can't say I would pay the price to have one again. It was OK, but it totally seperated when carved, so you picked which meat you wanted anyway.

I tried Turduken at a local restaurant that was featured on "Diners and Dives" on TV for their Turduken. It was awful, and served in three separate piles with dressing in the middle. I was disappointed, and always wanted to try it. My guess is it's much better elsewhere.
