I have read the reviews for PMV-Varsity Clubs - Tucson Chapter • VT2
Tucson , AZ , UNITED STATES, but they were mixed. Does anyone have any input on a middle of March trip to Tucson, staying at the PMV-Varsity Club with one or two younger children? We have relatives in the area and would spend time visiting them and seeing the area.

I stayed there a couple years ago, visiting friends, and I thought it was OK. Its not resort-rich, with tons of amenities, although it did have a pool (outside), perhaps a spa, and a mini golf. Its on a major street, but I didn't notice any noise. There's a Mickey D's for the kids across the street and the bar at the resort is a Pizza joint, too. There's grocery stores and other restaurants within a short ride.

Its near our friends' house, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Decided to go ahead and exchange into this for March 17, 2007. Thanks for the input.

Sorry I did not see your post before now. I would have urged you not to go.
It is by far the most inferior of all the places in Tucson. However, you are close to the University (for us ASU fans that alone would keep us away) and it is close to great attractions. So, enjoy and you may want to submit a review for us.
