Trouble placing an online request with II

I have deposited with II for the first time (a week 11 Falcon Point in Avon Coloradofor 2008) and I have been trying to place an online ongoing request for several resorts for New Years 2008. Each time I follow the process and enter the resort codes and requested time frame and then at the end I get a message stating that an unexpected error has occurred. Does anyone have any ideas? I can give them a call and try to do it over the phone but thought maybe there is something simple I am overlooking. I also received an AC for this deposit and had no trouble booking a week with it.

II's website is notoriously buggy, so I doubt you overlooked anything. Sooner or later it will probably work, but it depends on your patience level as to how many times you want to try before calling them.

I had a similar problem once with an AC for a few days, but then it finally worked after another try.

If you do call II to set it up, check carefully online afterward to make sure they put in what you requested.
