I have deposited with II for the first time (a week 11 Falcon Point in Avon Coloradofor 2008) and I have been trying to place an online ongoing request for several resorts for New Years 2008. Each time I follow the process and enter the resort codes and requested time frame and then at the end I get a message stating that an unexpected error has occurred. Does anyone have any ideas? I can give them a call and try to do it over the phone but thought maybe there is something simple I am overlooking. I also received an AC for this deposit and had no trouble booking a week with it.
