Exactly! The more automated the system, the fewer people tying up the call in line for those that need it. Owners always have an option of calling in if they need to (or live chat). I also don’t like how with the weeks inventory, once you book your week you can no longer see available inventory. So for example, maybe you didn’t get your preferred week and booked an alternate - but you still want to keep an eye on what else opens up- only way to do this is talk or text with owners services? Why does the calendar have to go away? Unless it has been changed since I last tried to do this.......Agree...its a total BS excuse. They could easily put in 1 or more "are you sure you want to cancel XXX reservation, as once you hit yes, your decision is final" notifications before it actually triggers the cancellation.
