Great question. I don't know. I think my license switched to the free version since it's no longer telling me of flight time changes, and that's annoying. I've been meaning to login to the site and check out options. The Pro version is much more convenient for the little things.

After Tripit continuously rejected any European reservations including Hilton Hotels, I switched to Kayak trips and never used Tripit again. It has accepted all my submissions both domestic and foreign, even the free version. I bought the pro version app for some nominal sum.

They must have fixed it since I last used it a couple of years ago. I decided not to wait after numerous promises over three months to fix it resulted in zero improvement. There was a thread on Flyertalk about it back then. Since Kayak trips suits my needs, I never tried Tripit again.

I love tripit. My family sees where I am, Starwood downloads directly into it as does my corporate travel. Using it now for my Maui dinner reservations so I can remember where I am suppose to be!! Merrimans tomorrow.
