I purchased travel insurance and my Nov 1, 2021 flights (2 of them at 2 separate times) were cancelled by American. I am filing a travel insurance claim and the insurance company asked me to get a reason for the cancellation from American Airlines. There is no phone number to contact American, just a web page. I submitted a request asking for the explanation for the cancellations. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO OBTAIN THE REASON FOR AN AMERICAN FLIGHT CANCELLATION that would (hopefully) be suitable for my claim?
