In 2008 Sales team sold memberships with the option of transferring to friends and family. A friend who can no longer use the membership wants to transfer her membership to us with the on the shelf investments. As we are members as well we did not think this would be an issue rather than let them all go to waist by her simple walking away. TAN is pushing back indicating it can only be done with family who dosent want it. We were told when we purchased this could be done in 2008 and now they are pushing back due to policy changes. Has anyone experienced this and gotten results ? If they dont transfer the paid on the shelf vacations just disappear and that is bad business and a rip off.
