Trapp Family Lodge, float week, closing costs

I have a Trapp Family Lodge (Interval), 2 br., float week, available. Weeks included are weeks 13-25. 36,37 and 43-49. Maintenance fees are $745 plus $100 special assessment (3rd year of 5 for an energy efficiency program), for a total of $845 per year. Great deal for closing costs only. Have always received a bonus week from Interval with deposit.

what is the check-in day of the week? friday? Saturday? Sunday? is it just a 2bedroom or a 2 bedroom lockout?

All of the guest houses are 2 bedroom (not lock-out). Saturday - Saturday.

Just curious if you are current on maintenance fee's 2012? Is there usage for this year. How much are you expecting closing to be?

Just FYI, this would not be for a specific unit - float weeks are not associated with a specific unit.

Thanks for info...that makes sense since it is floating. as you can tell I am a newbie to TS and thinking about purchasing something at Trapp.

I have family within 6 miles and love the skiing!
