Getting ready to transfer ownership of my unit to my daughter and was wondering if all points will transfer with it. I've got some cancelled points and some credit pool points along with my yearly allocation. I would like to make sure she gets all of these if possible. Thanks

Im assuming from what you say, you are transferring the whole ownership, not just one contract out of several.

If its all your contracts, Yes all the points, cancelled, or credit pooled will go with the contract

If you have any reservations, that could be an issue, the reservations will go into never-never land. In my experience they arent cancelled, but they dont transfer either. I would cancel reservations and let the points transfer.or get an owner care person involved before you submit the newly recorded deeds (or Access paperwork) to Wyndham

My experience has been a bit different here, and I would not suggest cancelling the reservations. Instead, take a screenshot of the reservations in your account before the transfer to make sure they go over. If they don't, you can get the points back, if not the reservations; and you would get them back as regular use rather than cancelled. (What they actually do is put them as "credit pool" points since they don't necessarily know which contract they came from).

Thanks for both answers. The funny thing is I only have one outstanding reservation and that is for my daughters trip to Old Town Alexandria in January of which I used a Guest certificate.
