transfer complicated, OFAC info required?

Hi,

I just talked to Marriott owners modification regarding my transfer of the Horizons Branson I recently bought.

They told me that they where missing the OFAC information and that after some law had changed on June 15 they require much more info about the new owners. Closing companies now are required to request a "transer packet" from Marriott. As most closing companied do not know about that (and Marriott obviously does not tell them too actively) transfers in their systems take really long.

Unfortunately they could not give me more details about the exact changes (she did not really know).

Has anybody heard about that changes and knows details?

Yes, I can fax you the info if you provide a fax #. The form requires personal info like SS #'s, date of birth, etc., copiy of drivrs lic or passport...
