Trading into one of the Royals?

I have traded into one of the Royals four times in the past six or so years: always good spring weeks. Never really had a problem finding a week available. Just looked for this spring, late March, and absolutely nothing shows thru an II search. Tried even January, just to see what the inventory was like, and again, nothing showed. My weeks are the same. Has II changed their trading requirements, has the Royals "internal exchange" taken weeks out of II, is this bad luck looking at this time of year on my part, or ?????? I think this is my first post in four or five years, so please excuse if this has been covered somewhere else. Thanks.

One possibility- VCI or CIC was closed for renovations, and those week owners were able to trade into any of the Royals at a later date.
