Tracking Price Changes of Deeded Weeks?

I was wondering…..similar to the thread on Maintenance Fees, is there anywhere that the cost to purchase deeded weeks is tracked?

Or is that too tricky to maintain due to potential incentives that would differ between buyers?

It would be interesting to see at what percentage rate the increases have been over the past few years to buy a week at specific club locations.

I assume you are talking retail sales here where I think the focus (in the US at least) has been on point sales, not deeded weeks. There is a thread which has been tracking the price per trust point, but nothing for deeded weeks to my knowledge.

You can take a look at rofr.net to see what people are reporting for resale weeks (and points). There is no other place that I know of where you can see resale prices over time.

Dozens (hundreds) of people have posted about what they paid including incentives, etc. for both deeded weeks and points.

You could try to compile a chart, but I am not sure what the point is, especially with retail weeks purchases that ended in the US for all intents and purposes in the year 2010.

In all the places in the western hemisphere where I have knowledge and weeks are still sold retail, the retail price tracks the points anyway. So just take the allotted points for a week and the price per point. Sometimes they will have special deals that reduce the price, esp for lower seasons. For resale weeks direct one has to have an enrollment qualifying purchase anyway. It's not always been that way but has for several years now.
