Has anyone been here lately? Do they have slips that you can keep your boat in for the week? Unit on confirmation says 4D- where is this located.

I was there in February. Yes, they have a pier where your boat can be tied up along the pier. There is room for your trailer on the property.

4D is the 4th unit from the water.

Awesome thanks! I was able to snag a week for April 8-15 for next year. Looks like a nice place to go and relax. They have bikes and kayaks for use too??

Very relaxing place. Islamorada is awesome!

We were going to use the bikes in February, but they looked pretty pitiful and passed on them. It's very basic accommodations, but you can't go wrong with this exchange.

And to think I almost passed it up! It was sitting online on II this morning. We live about 4ish hours away and have always wanted to go to the keys and bring our small boat. My husband will be so excited when I tell him! Plus it falls during my daughters spring recess.

Yes, we own 2 weeks there. We have gone at least once a year for the past 20 years. They just switched to a new management company, so hopefully it will be even better. The boat dock is great, has water, lights and fish cleaning station. It will accommodate a boat up to about 30ft. The ramp can handle about a 20 footer.
