Top 9 Brand Blunders of All Time

Chevy Nova - another poor name

The Chevy Nova didn't sell very well in Mexico or spanish speaking countries.

No Va translates effectively as "No Go".

I'm sure we all remember "New Coke", well it didnt go over very well and after backlash they changed back to old formula and to ensure customers it was the "old coke" they put Cocacola Classic. Lesson: if it aint broke dont fix it!

i was hoping the article was about the top 9 blunders of all time.

i wanted to know what came after "going up against a sicilian when death is on the line..."

Chevy II.

I liked Chevy Nova better when that model was marketed as Chevy II.

Then again, I'm not Mexican or Spanish-speaking. (Nobody's perfect.)

I was going to say that I was surprised this wasn't on the list. I was one of the folks that stockpiled the original Coke and was very happy when they changed back. Unfortunately, my doctor forced me to switch to Diet Coke not too long afterwards. Real Coke tastes very strange after a few years of the diet stuff.
