Anyone use Attorney Tom Bolt & Associates (www.vilaw.com) for a Timeshare Title Transfer in the USVI?
Good/bad experiences?
Other Advice?

Generally a local attorney where the timeshare is located is your best bet on closings. I have never dealt with Tom professionally but I have met him and would not hesitate to use him if I had a transaction in the USVI. I did not know timeshare closings were part of his practice, but then I did not inquire in much detail about all the areas of his practice. He used to be an attorney for the USVI government years ago, which is when I met him. I do know that after leaving the government, his main focus was governmental relations.

TBA is USVI TimeShare

We have had great experience with Tom Bolt & Associates in conveying our various timeshare units. Jeni Smith is the firm's Timeshare Closing Coordinator and has backup through the firm's subsidiary, Alliance Title & Trust Company. I have not met Tom, but understand he is the local attorney for ARDA as well as the USVI Hotel & Tourism Association.
