Title Company claims lost Deed for my NCV! I should have known better!!

So glad to hear that you finally got the deed recorded. :cheer:

I also would love to own at NCV. But just having helped our DD buy her first house we don't have the cash. :shrug:


We have been lucky and been able to trade our Riviera Shore TS for NCV each of the past 4 years (for a week in the fall). We'll be going back next Sept for our 5th stay. So I almost feel like an owner.

That's how we feel about the Marriott Fairway Villas. We trade our other Marriotts for prime summer weeks so often we feel like owners there. That's going to change as well in my new austerity plan.
