This is very sad. Although, I understand their reasoning (I would get on my stand regarding health care but I don't think I could do it and not sound political and we all know that's not allowed on TUG so I won't :ignore: )I think their signs and clothing should have left the Disney Characters out of it. Their beef is with the corporation and they should address it as such. To put the characters in it only hurts the children.

Health care is a very complicated and major issue in this country and is something that touches everyone in our society.

One of the things which has drawn people to be Disney employees is the generous health plan. As profitable as Disney has been, it's telling when a company of this reputation and size is looking to alter it's platinum coverage for its low paid workers.

Again, due to TUG policies I will stop right there, but there's much more to be said.

I don't know anything about the issue, but it looks like the Disney health plan must be pretty darn good....after all Mickey is coming up on his 80th birthday this November, and that mouse looks pretty good for an 80 year old!!!:D ;)
