I just won an Ebay auction with timeshares4u and wanted to see if anyone has had experience with them. The closing is being done by Dawn Griffin at vacationclosing.com. The seller has 100% positive feedback.

in this day and age, it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify everything in the ad is 100% correct before you start sending money or signing papers.

deliberate or not, mistakes in resale/rental ads are extremely common!

Thanks. They sent me an estoppel that matched the Ebay description and was clean.
