I'm not that familiar with north east coast timeshares, my sister is wanting to stay near Legoland in Goshen NY Are there any close enough to visit the park?

I know she could just come visit me and stay in Carlsbad but she lives in Ohio and wants a drive to vacation.

A quick google doesn't look good to me - The very hit or miss Shawnee in the Pocono's in PA is 50 miles, and then there are the NYC ones that are also 50 miles. Anything closer looks like it's just hotels and not timeshares.

Crystal Springs Resort. Recall seeing this location in II. Does not seem highly rated. But probably the closest to Goshen, NY.

Then of course there are the NYC locations. But that would not be a good idea for trips to Legoland.

I used to live right near there. Really no timeshares nearby. The Villa Roma is maybe an hour or more from there. And Minerals Spring Resort in Vernon, NJ, but I don’t think I’d stay at either one of those as they have bad reviews.

She’s better off staying at nearby hotels like Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, Courtyard Marriott, etc. or just stay at the Legoland Resort or maybe get an Airbnb or VRBO.

DO NOT STAY AT VILLA ROMA - look up my reviews and video review too. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

The is was one in Northern NJ not too far from Goshen. It was named Crystal something.
Crystal Springs. My son has been going every year for the past few years (3/4 nights/cash). My sister lives in Goshen. I don't think there are any timeshares near. They did recently open a Hampton Inn in Goshen - 10 minutes away from Legoland (more or less). Might be reasonable to pay cash for a short stay.

I would look for something overnight if the drive is 1/2 - 2 hours. I am two hours from my sister. I visit for the day but I am not exhausted from being in a park all day/have little kids.

We went to Crystal Springs several years ago. I cannot recommend you go there......

Not a timeshare, but she could check out Woodloch Pines. It's about an hour from Legoland so maybe combine the two? If she has young kids, they may prefer Woodloch. FYI, I believe it is all inclusive. Friends love it there and it's on our radar.
