I'm looking at a property they have listed.
I tried a search on tugs.
Anyone dealt with them before?

I can't find much about them on-line..

7121 Grand National Drive Suite 105
Orlando, Florida 32819
United States of America

Thanks

The most important thing about using a reseller is the closing company. Do they use a reputable independent closing company to handle all funds? If not, will they let you choose a closing company?

We can give more specific details if you tell use exactly what you are buying, the price, and all fees.

I looked at their webpage, which states that they are GMAC - GMAC has a bad reputation on TUG.

Thanks DeniseM.

I haven't spoken to them yet.
I'll call and quiz them on costs and closing company,
then post back later.

I think i'm going to have to buy a membership here for all the advice and help.

Scam... their the front office to gmac timeshare division, Howard Lavines wife owns that one, He is the one who started the whole scam many years ago, his cohorts then went their separate ways and started new scam companys in the orlando area

Now the new one is timeshare hotlist and thats run by them as well.

They all know its a scam, many laugh, some shake their heads knowing its the only living they know, they try and legitimize it all by saying

"all we can do is bring them the offers"

But there are no offers, theres no presentation, no corporate peeps comming to orlando at the convention center. no people from overseas to buy your timeshare

Karma is a bi%$#

In this case, the OP seems to be looking to BUY from them, not supposedly sell to them. So that may be a different kettle of fish, although Denise's advice seems extremely pertinent. The OP will want to make sure that money is being properly held in escrow, things are checked out as far as the account being current, all that good stuff.
