I made sure I got it in writing and had the manager sign it as well... It was a one off because I made it clear that I meant it... They also knew that I was an experienced person... It took me a month of badgering... but I got the status... Now they need to deliver the benefits of the HGVMax. I have the Lyft credit, but not the open season credit.

Is your Lyft credit from Max or Elite Premier? Others, who are new Max seemed to report not getting the credit yet but those that were EP and upgraded did receive it but the email and credit still says EP. It seems like they are all getting their EP benefit until it is set up in Max.

Did you get Loyalty Search Request on HGVC HGVMax also in writing?

Not yet... But it is posted all over the website.... And they do have on the Diamond side already
