Timeshare and Resort Developer Accountability. It's in the link in Post #118.

It sounds good and I guess they're trying but the consensus here is that the effort is futile. Any measures that truly protect consumers would sound the death knell of the timeshare industry. We need to find some way to accomplish one without causing the other.
