I don’t know why but this not only cracked me up, it didn’t surprise me that they had a timeshare store in Orlando, right next to a liquor store ! You must be drunk to buy from this store. Haha.

They have been in business a long time. They do a lot, and I mean A LOT of Disney Vacation Club resales. Pretty reputable operation.

I believe the Orlando Timeshare market has the most Timeshares of any place in the world, so the resale market should be enormous.

I learned something every day. There is a Timeshare Store in Orlando that is a scammer operation.

Hmmm, I don't equate the two....

Or... a person goes into H&R Block, gets a nice refund, goes next door to the Timeshare Store to buy a timeshare, then goes next door to the liquor store to buy booze to deaden the pain of knowing he has to pay thousands per year in Maintenance Fees
(saying this in jest, many are happy with timeshares)

Ha I literally thought the same thing when I was taking the picture. Or reverse, gets really drunk and buys a timeshare lol.

They are always on the Dis unplugged "DVC show". They are reputable, but more expensive than DVCresalemarket with less inventory.

Really no different than any other timeshare broker.

I would highly recommend them. We recently sold two Disney timeshare contracts via the Timeshare Store. We sold them for considerably more than we purchased them in 2007. They each sold within a few weeks. Disney took one via ROFR and the other passed and was sold to a private party. Everything was done remotely as we don’t live in Florida. The process was smooth and we received our checks with in a few days of closing.
