Timeshare property taxes

I have not been able to locate any financial statements or budgets for Diamond affiliates. All of our other resorts have statement and budget sheets. Trying to figure out what our property taxes are for the points we have. Talking to them on the phone and via emails has gone no where.
 
We own in South Lake Tahoe and our Property taxes are billed directly to us from California.
 
You should receive the budget breakdown when you receive your annual maintenance fee bill. What do you own exactly? Is it a deeded week at a specific resort or points in one of the collections?
