Just to report my experience with this business.
signed the contract on 01/06/20 to purchase a WKORVN unit and was promised to update with each step of the transfer; inquired on 01/22 (I was worried because the seller is in Australia) and was told that escrow sent in the waiver request on 01/20. The next inquiry was made on 02/26 after no update in a month and was told that they have not received the waiver yet. After rounds of emails, the contract was finally cancelled.
My main complaint: (1) no proactive communication from the owner; every inquiry was initiated by me; (2) direct blames to Vistana/Marriott when they could have found out the problem much sooner (I was told by other agents that Marriott/Vistana has 14 days response window); (3) funny part, the owner even spell my name incorrectly (must have thought about a different transaction). Overall, just lack of a good customer care.
