If the OP is interested enough in the week, they should seek out the advice of a real estate attorney in MA. This would be no different than a condo HOA saying you can't sell your condominium but instead have to deed it over to them and then they issue a right to use license.Maybe. I would certainly be very interested to see any CC&R language that allows a HOA to unilaterally (magically?) transform the deeded ownership of a fixed week into what would essentially be a right to use "membership" --- without owner consent, participation or compensation. That would surely make for some intriguing reading.
