Timeshare Closings For Less, Inc

Does anyone have experience with a company called " timeshare closings for less, Inc.?" (For example, are they reliable, do they close the deal timely, do they have a website you can monitor the status though?)

We are contemplating a purchase, the seller,who is a licensed real estate agent prefers to use this company. Closing fees through them seem comparable to other escrow companies we have used in the past.
