Timeshare Closing Services is supposedly a licensed, bonded closing company used by one of the Ebayers- I wanted to know if anyone had experience with them. The Ebayer has good feedback, which is always a plus.

I haven't bought a timeshare on Ebay before so I'd like to exercise caution. Other than checking with the resort to verify the listing, anything else I should pay particular attention to?

Thanks

I've used them three times. They do a reasonably good job and have been very quick recently (electronic recording helps).

TCS was for a long time one of only two timeshare closing services listed as suggested closing companies in the TUG "How to Sell Your Timeshare" article located at the top of the list of topics for this BSR forum. However, there have been a significant number of complaints posted here in recent months about the company - alleged slow response, long closing timeframes, sloppy work (including inaccurate deeds), failure to follow written instructions, etc.

Accordingly, I removed TCS from the article as a suggested company to use.
